Locals Add Voices to I-70 Protest

Over the weekend, members of the city’s oldest African American church added their voices to the protest against proposed I-70 expansion plans. Their support adds to a growing number of groups and individuals who are fighting the project including Keating Wagner attorneys Melissa Hailey and Aaron Goldhamer who are representing plaintiffs who are suing the Federal Highway Administration. Keating Wagner’s clients assert that the Administration’s project would drastically harm the citizens of Globeville and Elyria-Swansea neighborhoods.
