Lidiana is a trial attorney who focuses her practice on complex commercial and civil litigation. Her previous clients include large financial institutions, private investors, public entities, corporations, and individuals. Her experience includes work at all stages of trial and settlement, and she has experience in a full range of disputes includes business torts, breach of contract and other economic harms as well as fraud, trade secrets, and business disputes for Spanish-speaking clients.
Lidiana began her law career at the Denver City Attorney’s Office before she joined a Denver area firm specializing in water rights, natural resources, environmental law, public lands law, right of way acquisition, trials and appeals. She also served as law clerk for Justice Allison H. Eid at the Colorado Supreme Court before joining a business litigation firm based in Denver.
While earning her law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, Lidiana served as Symposium Director for the UCLA Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs, and was a member of La Raza Latino Law Students Association. Lidiana was also UCLA Law’s 2010 Hagman Scholar, an award given for excellence in the areas of land use and environmental law. Lidiana graduated summa cum laude from the Pforzheimer Honors College at Pace University in New York City, where she was recognized for outstanding scholarship in history and awarded the Kahlo-Bolívar Award for excellence in Latin American history.
