Goldhamer Quoted in Story about Suit against City

Keating Wagner Polidori Free attorney Aaron Goldhamer was featured in a recent CBS Channel 4 news story about a lawsuit he’s leading against the City of Denver. The story, which can be seen here, focuses on the City of Denver’s proposed plans to turn the city’s public golf course into a retention pond during major storms. The City’s proposed plans would restructure the golf course, which Goldhamer’s client, former Colorado Attorney General J.D. MacFarlane, claims violates its original designation as a park.
