Keating Wagner Client Takes Golf Course Case to Trial

Yesterday marked the first day of a four-day trial for a Keating Wagner Polidori Free client who is hoping to halt the City of Denver’s plans to reconfigure City Park Golf Course. Keating Wagner attorney Aaron Goldhamer is representing former Colorado Attorney General J.D. MacFarlane and several other residents who oppose the plan. The bench trial is before Judge David Goldberg.
