Last week, Law Week Colorado featured a recent Keating Wagner case that resulted in a $2 million verdict for a wastewater treatment client. The case included both an arbitration and a bench verdict award on the basis of the theft of the wastewater treatment’s trade secrets. Dan Wartell and Lidiana Rios represented WSI International in both the arbitration and the case, which was before the Arapahoe County District Court. So far, damages from the two cases are in excess of $2 million.
