I have an award-winning law practice and I have argued successfully in front of the Colorado Court of Appeals and Colorado Supreme Court. My firm has prevailed against Fortune 500 companies including Ford Motors, Toyota, Kroger, and Qwest (now CenturyLink). My law firm won the largest personal injury verdict in Colorado history on behalf of our client, Andrew Blood. In 2011, I secured the largest verdict in Federal District Court in Colorado, involving a product liabilities case against Ford Motor Company. I also secured the largest personal injury verdict in Arapahoe County in 2014 in a case involving the drowning of a teenager at a pool.

Additional Background Information

I began practicing law in 2001 while I worked as deputy district attorney in Adams County. I learned to appreciate the importance of law and what it can do from my father, Bill Keating. His philosophy of dedication to clients was a key lesson that I learned. My goal is to give a voice to those people that need to be heard in a time when they are hurt by products or someone else’s negligence.
